We are so thrilled you are here with us. So this party is to honor all of you — from near and far, who loved and rooted for us from the start, and supported us through thick and thin. We thank you for being part of our celebration — whether you’re joining in person or cheers’ing in spirit from afar. We love you all, and we are deeply grateful to have you in our lives.
Please also be sure to sign our calendar "guest book" at some point during the evening! Leave us a note, mark any days we should remember (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.), and we’ll be able to think of everyone the whole year through as we use it!
The Ceremony.

Please grab a glass of bubbles (both champagne and sparkling water are available) and mix and mingle with everyone! There are no sides, so sit wherever you please. The ceremony will be unplugged, so be sure to send that last text before it begins.

The Cocktail Hour.

The cocktail hour will take place on two floors. The first floor will have a full open bar, mocktails, live jazz sax music, and a biscuit bar. The second floor will have games (large Jenga, large Connect 4, cornhole). Passed beer and wine and passed hors d'oeuvres will be available on both floors.

-Biscuit Bar: Buttermilk + jalapeno cheddar biscuits with pepper jelly glazed smoked North Carolina ham, pimento cheese, honey butter + preserves
-Deviled eggs with pecan smoked bacon + pickled jalapenos (GF)
-Avocado toasts with local radish, sesame seeds + micro greens (vegan)
-Cheese tomato tart with marinated tomatoes + baked Gruyere on a flaky pastry crust
-Thai pork meatballs with sweet chili sauce
The Reception.

Get ready to mix, mingle, eat, drink, and dance the night away! It's time to PARTY! It's open seating, so no assigned tables. Feel free to pick a table, or feel free to table hop! There will be three dinner stations open until 9:00 PM. The dance floor will be open the whole evening. So be sure to try all the stations and dance in between! The bar will remain open all night, with mocktails available.

Taco Bar Station
-Chicken tinga with chipotle and grilled onion + carnitas with grilled pineapple salsa (all GF)
-Mexican crema, roasted tomatillo salsa, roasted tomato salsa, queso with pickled jalapenos, guacamole, pickled onions, cojito cheese + cilantro with onion (all GF)
-Chopped romaine salad with cucumber, fresh corn, jicama, mangoes + spiced pepita seeds served with a creamy roasted poblano dressing (all GF)
-Fresh tortillas, tostada shells + tortilla chips (all GF)

Carving Station
-Grilled coffee + peppercorn crusted steak, served with horseradish cream + bacon onion jam
-Roasted fingerlings in roasted garlic aioli + green onions (GF)
-Heirloom tomato bruschetta salad with cucumbers, fresh corn, peppers, fresh mozzarella, garlic croutons + Vidalia onion in a basil red wine vinaigrette (GF without croutons)
-Soft rolls + ciabatta served with sweet butter and sea salt

Grits & BBQ Station
-Chili roasted shrimp + pulled pork BBQ served with coarse-ground grits, cured tomatoes + fresh corn (all GF)
-Pimento mac & cheese with roasted peppers + pickled jalapenos (all GF)
-Fresh peach + cabbage slaw with blueberries + garlic almonds in poppy dressing (all GF)

Kiddos
Kids’ meals are available and will be served directly to families with kids during the reception.

Dessert + After Party.

No formal cake cutting — but there will be cake! We'll be putting out local rum cakes so be sure to grab a slice. There are gluten-free ones available upon request. There will also be a cold brew bar, so be sure to fuel up for the after party! When the reception ends, we'll head across the street to the Goat and Compass bar to continue the festivities.
